Aesir Group LLC is a private equity firm based in South Carolina.  We specialize in private investments and commercial financing for businesses and real estate.  Our company was started in 2004 and since then have accumulated a portfolio of real estate and mortgage notes, both commercial and residential.  Our holdings presently include commercial and residential assets in South Carolina, Georgia, and Texas.

Our commercial transactions typically range from $2 million to $15 million.  Our target acquisitions are income properties and vacant commercial land with entitlements already in place for development.  We provide debt financing and will joint venture on projects.  We primarily acquire assets in the Southeastern section of the United States.  We will consider the acquisition of assets elsewhere in the country on a case-by-case basis if the asset values are more than $7 million.
